NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Analytical Graphics, Inc., 220 Valley Creek Blvd, Exton, PA 19341 for the purchase of two STK Pro Node Locked licenses, which includes coverage module, aircraft Mission Moduler and annual support with upgrades. The contract will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
