This announcement serves as a Sources Sought synopsis issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential companies that are capable and qualified to provide the services required in accordance with the salient characteristics.

Any interested business concern shall provide the following:

Industry Classification System (NAICS) 511210 - Software Publishers.
