LOWER COLUMBIA ESTUARY PARTNERSHIP STEIGERWALD FLOODPLAIN RESTORATION PROJECT INVITATION TO BID The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership is initiating procurement for the Steigerwald Floodplain Restoration Project. The estimated construction cost is $20,000,000. A Notice of Intent to Solicit, which summarizes the procurement process and schedule, is available for download at the Estuary Partnership website (https://www.estuary partnership.org/news/steigerwa ld-notice-intent-solicit). The Estuary Part nership will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) no later than October 23, 2019. The RFP will specify due dates and the process for submitting questions. Please note the mandatory site visit to be held on Monday, October 28, at 10:00AM at the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge. No questions will be answered prior to that date.
