This is a non-personal services and supplies Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Steelcase Brand Cubical Supplies and Service Solicitation necessary for Cubical Installation and Recofiguration to the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) and the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) in accordance with this Request For Quotes' (RFQ) attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) under NAICS code 337214.

The Government intends to award at least two (2) BPAs to authorized vendors of Steelcase Brand Supplies and Services. Award of a BPA shall be made to the Offeror using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. The successfully offer must meet all of the Technical Acceptabilty specifications detailed in this BPA's and be the lowest price among all technically acceptable offerors.
