TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS AWARD VENDOR SHALL: 

Be Familiar with NOAA Vessels or have history of Work same or similar on 3 Jobs performed on a USN/USCG/Research Vessel in the past 3 years.
State their availability to complete the work in the requested Period of Performance.

Award will be made based on Past Performance, Technical Evaluation, and Price.
