The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Conservation Science and Data Visualization LLC. The overall goals of this contract are to 1.) Synthesize and evaluate information on the range-wide distribution and abundance of LBVI, 2.) Synthesize information on the extent and effectiveness of prior riparian habitat management actions across the range of LBVI, 3.) Synthesize information on the extent and effectiveness of prior cowbird management actions across the range of LBVI, 4.) Synthesize and evaluate information on range-wide habitat conditions for LBVI, 5.) Review the the preparation of local, regional, and/or range-wide conservation plans for LBVI and 6.) Consolidate past information on LBVI distribution, habitat, and management actions for transfer to Collaborative Wildlife Protection and Recovery Initiative (CWPRI) partners.
The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541715 Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) with a size standard of 1000 employees.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The information submitted must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the vendor's ability to fulfill this requirement. The contractor must also provide a description of their past experience in fulfilling requirements which are the same or similar to this requirement and references for each.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
