Provide statewide gender-responsive, race equity training and girls advocacy programming in the JR system. Specifically, our program will provide the following: a. Girl-centered antibias and gender-responsive training for adults working with justice involved young people; b. Youth stipends for girls involved in advocacy programming; and c. Program facilitation for girls in the continuum of the JR system.
