This Competitive Solicitation is issued to assist the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) in seeking qualified Contractor(s) to provide statewide gender-responsive, race equity training and girls' advocacy programming in the JR system. Specifically, our program will provide the following: Girl-centered antibias and gender-responsive training for adults working with justice involved young people; Youth stipends for girls involved in advocacy programming; and Program facilitation for girls in the continuum of the JR system.
