Mailers, 8-3/8 to 8-1/2" x 10 to 14" (flat) plus 1-1/8" sealing flap for Form 1 (outer leaf) and 8-3/8 to 8-1/2" x 14" (flat) for Form 2 (inner leaf), printing in black plus one Pantone color, and folding to 8-1/2 x 3-1/2 or 3-5/8" (at contractor's option).
