TPWD is seeking qualified respondents to provide printing, fulfillment, and distribution services for Texas State Parks Official Guide 2021 Edition. Finished products to be delivered to TPWD Warehouse, 4200 Smith School Rd. Bldg. D, Austin, TX 78744 and other TPWD designated locations within the State of Texas as specified in the RFP. Proposals are due on July 14, 2020; 2:00 PM C.S.T. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME ARE CONSIDERED LATE AND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Due to the uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), E-MAIL submittals are preferred and highly encouraged for this solicitation. However, if a Respondent feels they are unable to meet this requirement, please notify Elizabeth Castro to make arrangements for a hard copy delivery.
