The anticipated period of performance is from 2/21/2019 through 1/10/2023.

The Forest Service, Region 10 Alaska, has a requirement for pumping waste vaults from facilities at Starrigavan Recreation Area. This requirement is needed to meet health and safety standards. Reid Diving is the only known supplier of this service in Sitka, Alaska.

Pervious solicitations have resulted in no response from additional sources.

An interested party who believes they are capable of providing an equivalent service shall e-mail a capability statement  to [email protected] no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 21, 2019.

Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
