Contractor shall demonstrate in detail how they how they will use the attached floor plan and parts listing to meet all requirements in the Statement of Work. Overall space utilization and function has already been determined. The proposal shall meet the essential design package. 

All offerors shall submit quotes in accordance with the Request for Quote (RFQ), SOW, Design Plan,Contractor Submittal Form, Furniture Parts Listings and SCA Wage Determination.
