The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is looking to procure the following:  31 each of a Starboard Side Shell, P/N 3909AS1661-1, 31 each of a Port Side Shell, P/N 3909AS1661-2, 1 each of Tooling, and 1 each of a 3D Model Cad File. The Flir Shell is a protective cover to prevent damage to the Flir system on the H-60 Aircraft. The contractor shall supply all material equipment and consumable supplies to manufacture this items in accordance with NAVAIRSYSCOM drawing 3909AS1661, rev: none. Only one (1) note applies. Material for the shells shall be Bayer XGT-140 color: red. Subject shells shall have no through holes located on any surface. Material certification is required. Inspection & Acceptance: Destination. FOB: Destination. Delivery shall be 90 days from award of the contract. Packing/Preservations: Shall be best commercial practice that insures no damage to subject parts in shipment.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
