This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures".
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the purchase of Stanley Vidmar Workbenches. See attachment for an itemized list of the required parts and part numbers. DEA is not accepting comparable items.
A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on September 21, 2012 to Stephanie Gilbert, Contract Support Specialist [email protected], or via fax 202-307-7818.
