The project is for the stair leveling consist of removing  large granite stairs and providing a level sand base. One of the stone blocks will have to be replaced matching two stone blocks on the side that have been replaced recently. In order to remove the blocks the contractor will also have to remove and re-install the glass door and front the block is sitting on. Electric and ADT pad connected to the door will have to removed and re-installed. I plywood barrier would be put i place during the construction. The front concrete pad in front of the steps will have to be removed and re-done with the proper slope after the stairs are re-installed. 

 The Loading dock ADA ramp and stairs will have to be removed to the footings and re-installed using a solid pour and proper re-bar. All joints will be caulked and a anti-slip resistant cover put on the ramp and steps. ADA handrails will be Installed at completion. 

The estimated cost of the project is between $ 2,500 and $ 100,000.  The work will require a Federal Security Clearance for onsite personnel.
