Work covered generally can be described as the construction of Cell F-3 at the R-Board Landfill which consists of expansion to the landfill including soil excavation, fill, hauling, installation of geosynthetic liners and drainage material, installation of leachate piping and stone drainage material, installation of a geosynthetic rain cover, expansion of an active gas collection system including installation of additional extraction wells, piping, and modifications to cleanout connections. On-site soils will be used for fill material. Owner will provide quality assurance testing and quality assurance surveying.
