The government (AFLCMC/PZIOBB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is "Anton-Parr." The items being procured are Stabinger Viscometers for the Air Force Fuels Laboratory. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
