Work of prime contract comprises the Project, for the Washroom Renovations to at St. Andrew’s United Church. All existing washroom facilities are part of the is renovation project. Phase the work to always allow owners use of 1 WC during the work. This washroom can also be utilized by the GC and trades provided this washroom is kept clean to the owners satisfaction, otherwise the contractor shall be responsible for supplying and maintaining a separate portable washroom unit.
