The U.S. General Services Administration currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Selma, AL that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum/maximum of 8,452/12,485 ANSI/BOMI Office Area (ABOA square feet).
The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non- productive agency downtime.
Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before November 12, 2018. The office must be located within the area delineated by the following boundaries:
North: US HWY 80 South: Alabama River East: Franklin Street
West: Valley Creek to Dallas Ave then West to Medical Center Parkway turn right onto Bell Rd and proceed across to Highland Avenue. (Highland Ave turns into US Hwy 80)
