The Social Security Administration (SSA) is currently researching a Fulfillment Program for its publications, forms, banners, and posters, hereafter referred to as materials. The program will include, but is not limited to, an online ordering system, management information system, order processing, digital printing (for small volume materials), offset printing (for high volume materials), archiving of digital files, packing and shipping of orders.
SSA is requesting an industry assessment of our documentation as well as capability statements detailing experiences with implementation of online ordering systems, and order fulfillment systems for a multitude of printed items. Contractors may submit their assessments based on all or part of the materials required. This information may be used to implement this process in fiscal years 2013/2014.
