University of Oregon, on behalf of the School of Music and Dance, University of Oregon Chamber Choir, (University), intends to use ACFEA Tour Consultants to facilitate the University of Oregon Chamber Choir’s participation and attendance at the Order of St James 850th anniversary Concert at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
