Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for the Port of Constanta, Romania.  Services include providing services for vessel loading, vessel discharging, cargo receipt and disposition, cargo washing, cargo staging, transfer of cargo, tallying and checking, and handling of government provided securing material.  Provide physical security, facilities, storage/staging, office supplies and equipment in support of Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) 839th Transportation Battalion at the Port of Constanta, Romania.  The contractor shall provide sufficient qualified labor, gear equipment and materials to fulfill the requirement.
