ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Panama City, Florida SRF Area D-13 PC24-027 General Notice City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: SRF Area D-13 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until July 16th, 2024, at 2:00 PM Central Time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in Room 10. The final date for questions to be submitted to the City of Panama City will be July 9th, 2024. The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of the replacement and rehabilitation of water and wastewater lines, pavement, curb, and new sidewalks. The limits of the project are Clay Ave. from West 13th St. to West 11th St., Calhoun Ave. from West 13th St. to West 11th St., Arthur Ave. from West 13th St. to West 11thSt., and West 12thSt. from Clay Ave. to Arthur Ave. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement. The Project shall be substantially complete within 300 days and fully complete within 330 days.
