Engineering District 1-0 will retain an Engineering Firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately one (1) TCIS inspector, four (4) TCI, and 1 TA inspectors; duties include construction inspection, documentation, and other services as required for the construction of SR 79-A28 in Crawford and Erie Counties. The TCIS must have NECEPT for bituminous paving and PennDOT concrete certification. Must also have recent Interstate construction experience and structure experience. Two TCI's must have NECEPT for bituminous paving Two TCI's must have PennDOT concrete certification
