Scopes of work: To place Cast-in-Place Concrete Barrier on the SR520 Project at Montlake (excluding the West Approach Bridge South). If you plan on slip forming the barrier or using forms, state how many feet per day you can form and pour barriers; provide the minimum footage you will need available to construct for each mobilization before a short footage charge will need to be negotiated. Provide list of your Inclusions & Exclusions in the bid. Include price of mobilization charge for each time you are called onto the site to construct barrier. Graham needs a firm who will self-perform this work with little to no sub-tiers (other than concrete pumping or concrete supply). Rebar and electrical will be provided by others.
