Walsh Construction Company II, LLC is requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the following: SR20, Olson Creek and Unnamed Tributary to Skagit River – Fish Passage Owner: WSDOT Enforceable DBE Goal: Disadvantaged Business Enterprise DBE – 21% (Construction Portion) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise DBE – 16% (Design Portion) Proposal Due Date to WSDOT: September 28, 2022 Subcontractor and supplier Scope Letters requested: EOD 9/23/2022 Subcontractor and supplier quotes requested: EOD 9/26/2022 Quotes can be emailed to: [email protected] Project Description: This project will replace the existing fish barrier culvert crossings on SR 20 at Unnamed Tributary to Skagit River (milepost 94.82, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Site 991126) and SR 20 at Olson Creek (milepost 105.42, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Site CD18) with fish passable water crossing structures in compliance with the federal injunction regarding fish passage underneath WSDOT highways. Other elements including, but not limited to, constructing embankments, creek channel grading, large woody material installation, paving and pavement marking, signing, erosion control, and planting.
