Supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately 4 inspectors under the Engineering District 12-0 Inspector-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services This project is for highway preservation of Interstate 70 from the I-70/PA 481 Interchange to the Speers Interchange in Fallowfield Township, and Speers and Twilight Boroughs, Washington County.
