Engineering District 1-0 will retain an Engineering Firm to provide supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately 4 TCI’s and 1 TA in 2020 and 3 TCI's and 1 TA in 2021 with duties which include construction Inspection and documentation services and other services as required for the construction of SR8 Section A10 in Venango County, IRWIN TOWNSHIP, SANDYCREEK TOWNSHIP, and VICTORY TOWNSHIP from approximately 500 feet south of the intersection with Gilmore Rd (SR 3004) to approximately 400 feet north of the intersection with Debence Drive/Polk Cutoff (SR 3024) . The project consists of break and seat, Warm Mix Asphalt mix designs, concrete patching, rehabilitation of various structures, drainage improvements (including design/construction of multiple pipe culverts), guiderail, signing, pavement markings and other miscellaneous construction.
