The Department of Transportation will retain an engineering firm for a Project Specific Agreement to perform Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, and Services During Construction for the following two structures: SR 0136 Section A10 Rainbow Run Road structure (BMS No. 02-0136-0080-3035/BRKEY No. 959) over Becks Run Creek in Forward Township, Allegheny County. SR 3015 Section A03 Cochrans Mill Road structure (BMS No. 02-3015-0040-2094/BRKEY No. 1724) over Lick Run in South Park Township and Jefferson Hills Borough, Allegheny County. The proposed scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a full replacement of the existing structure, approach roadway reconstruction, and updating of existing guiderail and structure end-treatments to be MASH compliant. The projects may follow the Minor Projects Design Procedures.
