The Department of Transportation will retain an engineering firm for a multiple phase, multiple part, project specific open-end agreement to perform preliminary engineering, final design, construction consultation, and other design services to preserve the West End Bridge (BMS No. 02-0019-0280-1347 / BRKEY No. 533 & BMS No. 02-0019-0280-0126 / BRKEY No. 535) and preserve Ramp B to I-279 NB (BMS No. 02-8055-0250-0000 / BRKEY No. 2855). This project is located within the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The construction scope of work includes, but is not limited to, bridge preservation and painting of the West End Bridge and Ramp B to I-279 NB which provide travel over the Ohio River, CSX Railroad, SR 65, and Beaver Avenue.
