The City of Bellingham (City) ) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide architectural/engineering/surveying/environmental and other support services necessary for the project named above. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise not limited to those mentioned above. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to this category of work. All prospective consultants are advised any federally funded project work will be held to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The area of work is in Bellingham, Washington State and includes a proposed non-motorized trail near Squalicum Creek from Cornwall Park to the Waterfront. The area of work may include existing and modified streams, flood plains, wetlands, and associated critical areas. A pre-bid meeting is not planned for this RFQ.
