The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks other than full and open competition and intend to award a sole source contract to the incumbent contractor: SalientCRGT,INC., 4000 Lagato Road, Suite 600, Fairfax, VA, 22033. SalientCRGT, INC., will be required to continue providing the following ongoing professional services: providing support to the operations and maintenance of critical systems to GPO's SQL Server and Oracle database based systems and Applications from November 1, 2016 -September 30, 2017.

The statutory authority permitting the sole sourcing of services is MMAR 6.302-1, 41 U.S.C. 5(3), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
