The RCO intends to make sole source award of 2 seats for SPSS Statistics Base 17.0; SPSS Advanced Statistics 17.0; SPSS Statistics Regression 17.0; and SPSS Statistics Forcasting (Trends) 17.0 with SPSS Maintenance including one year of free product upgrades and toll free priority technical support from GSA schedule GS-35F-5899H on or about 15 December 2008 from SPSS Inc., 233 S. Wachker Dr., 11th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606. SPSS is the sole manufacturer and supplier of this product and service and provides the only product that is compatible with existing software licenses and provides the necessary operating functionality to provide the best value to the Government.
