Purchase Request (PR) FD2030-19-00307 was solicited prior to knowledge that part number F61C0226M4 had been placed on Tinker AFB corporate contract FA8109-18-D-0004 on 06 April 2018. As a result, solicitation SPRTA1-19-R-0211 is canceled and PR FD2030-19-00307 has been awarded against basic contract FA8109-18-D-0004 on delivery order SPRTA1-19-F-0319.

In accordance with FAR 16.505 a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is not required as a Justification covering the requirements in the order was previously approved for the contract in accordance with 6.302-1(c).
