NON LIVE BUY. The Government intends to add 2 Depot Level Reparable (DLR) NSNs to the existing corporate contract, SP4AMX-12-D-9402, with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286. The addition will carry the same terms and conditions as the existing contract and will have terms and conditions to reflect specific First Article Testing (FAT) requirements, if applicable. An option provision will be included to allow for reduction in leadtime incentive payments based on the contractor's proposed reduction met. The following are the NSNs to be added to the above corporate contract:

NSN: 1660-01-597-3506, Part Number: 70309-03900-101, Noun: Concentrator, Oxygen. 5 each per year for remaining two years of the corporate contract in support of the UH-60, BLACKHAWK.

NSN: 1660-01-597-3647, Part Number: 70309-03900-105, Noun: Heat Exchanger. 5 each per year for remaining two years of the corporate contract in support of the UH-60, BLACKHAWK.

These items are restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78286. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
