NON LIVE BUY.  The Government intends to add 1 Depot Level Reparable (DLR) NSN to the existing corporate contract, SP4AMX-12-D-9402, with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286. The addition will carry the same terms and conditions as the existing contract and will have terms and conditions to reflect specific First Article Testing (FAT) requirements, if applicable. An option provision will be included to allow for reduction in leadtime incentive payments based on the contractor's proposed reduction met. The following is the NSN to be added to the above corporate contract:

This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78286. Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity.

All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.  Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.  The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.  Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
