The Owner and Design team will host a pre-bid walk-through at the project site for all bidders to examine the site and building on April 23, 2025 at 1:00 pm CST. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the walk-through. Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner on May 8th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., local time, SPSC Administration Office, 765 Main St, Springfield, NE 68059. Submit bids in 9" x 12" envelope identified "Springfield High School Tennis Courts" and the name of the bidder written clearly on the front of the envelope. A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $250.00 payable to Springfield/Platteview Community Schools. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
