The proposed acquisition is for a (5) year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five base years and no option years for NSN: 6140-01-534-3856, BB-2001A/U Rechargeable Battery, Part Number: 4866112-007. The Government does not own the technical data. The technical data package must be obtained through contacting  Boeing Company, CAGE: 94756. An additional approved source is Bren-tronics, INC., CAGE: 51828 as part number: BT-70581B.  This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) for the five-year performance period that should be used for planning purposes only is as follows:

First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this acquisition. The contract minimum will be 50,000.00 and the contract maximum will be 5,650,000.00.
