The SPQ period will be 11/1/2008 (or date of award) to 10/31/2009 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB origin with a 30 day or less delivery. If your firm can offer a shorter delivery it will be considered during the award process. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Global Supply, open market orders apply to this SPQ.
