This is a request for quote for a standing price quote for SPQ-5133-00-243-2299. The quote form and item purchase description are attached. The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a SPQ and will provide above NSN to satisfy world wide customer requirements. Direct delivery orders maybe issued as a result of an award for shipment directly to customer location. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a one year time frame. There is no guarantee of orders and the SPQ can be cancelled at any time, by either party.
