GSA, FAS intends to establish a “not to exceed” one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for one (1) National Stock Number in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. This NSN is part of GSA’s Stock Program. There is currently contract coverage for this NSN for orders under $300,000. This SPQ is only being established for orders exceeding $300,000. There is currently a requirement for 4,150 each. All quotes for this RFQ are to be FOB destination. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to GSA stock tool orders, the following clauses apply; D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, 552.246-70 Source Inspection, D-FSS-468 Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union. The Berry Amendment (Notice of Procurement Restriction), GSAM clause 552.216-71, also applies to this acquisition. The tool is required to be 100% U S made.
