The U.S. Air Force at RAF Alconbury and RAF Croughton, have a requirement for Sports Officials at the two RAF installations, respectively.

The scope of work includes: Referees and Time-Keepers for Basketball, Baseball, Flag Football, Soccer, and Volleyball.  Please refer to Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, for more details.

The Government intends to award one, up to three, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for these services.  A BPA is not a contract but a framework to establish a "charge account" in order to perclude writing of numerous purchase orders.  Refer to Attachment 2, BPA Terms and Conditions, for more details.

Offerors are encouraged to submit pricing for both locations, using Attachment 3, Bid Sheet/Price List, however Offerors may submit pricing for only one installation if they so choose.

RAF Alconbury is located near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.  RAF Alconbury is approximately 80 miles/ 60 minutes north of London.

RAF Croughton is located near Croughton, Brackley.  RAF Croughton is approximately 60 miles/ 60 minutes northwest of London.
