The Bloomfield Township Engineering & Environmental Services Department (EESD) is seeking proposals from qualified professional companies with an ISA-Certified Arborist to conduct Spongy Moth Surveys, analysis and related services and make recommendations for management and treatment in the prevention of Spongy Month infestations in Bloomfield Township. These services will be conducted under the guidance of the Bloomfield Township EESD and shall be completed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local Regulations, Policies and Contractual Guidelines. The selected consultant will develop an integrated pest management program in the form of surveys, evaluations, treatment recommendations and related consulting for the management and prevention of Spongy Moth.
