Description:

The National Institute of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), intends to award a sole source purchase order for the Center of Technology (CIT) to Spok Inc, 6850 Versar Center Suite 420, Springfield VA 22151, for Spok Mobile Licenses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511-Custom Computer Programming Services. Spok Inc is the only responsible source known to provide the services needed.
It is NLM's intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source basis to Spok under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Contractor Objectives and Tasks:

1 year renewal of Spok Inc Mobile Licenses for NIH Mobile Paging Applications

Sole Source Justification

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, Spok Inc is the only organization who can provide the services needed.

This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by NLM. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Damian Hurge, Contract Officer at [email protected] by 4:00 PM EST on, January 31, 2018. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
