NSN (4235-016298785) is a SPILL CLEAN-UP KIT.  This solicitation is for a quantity of 191 each.  Solicitation is being solicited as Total Small Business Set Aside.  There is one approved source of supply: SANITZ ENTERPRISES, INC. 57AD8, P/N AP100226.  The required delivery is 102 days ARO.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation issue date is August 10, 2023.

This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.  Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at:  dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.  Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.”
