Sources Sought Notice:

DLA Troop Support is conducting market research seeking to identify possible manufacturers who can supply National Stock Number (NSN) 3120-01-432-8713, Spherical Insert, Part Number: 8575C21H1. Drawings are not available.

Interested contractors are requested to review the item description carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item under a one-time large, firm-fixed-price contract with a 100% quantity option. Interested contractors (who are not an approved source for this item) may submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package, which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity (ESA) for review. Contractors not listed as an approved source who submit a SAR package, may be considered for future procurements contingent upon the review/approval/acceptance of the SAR package.

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.

Interested contractors, who are currently not an approved source per Engineering Support Activity (ESA), are requested to submit a complete SAR package for the item on or before May 2, 2016.
