The requirement will be sole sourced to Spectrum Reach Advertising in order to provide be responsible for maintaining a market of 21 identified zip codes, Audience Trak Target Display, Geofencing, Audience Trak Target video for a total of 273,783 impressions.  Vendor will provide HIARNG quarterly updates on service, and will keep HIARNG informed of any issues that arise at the following locations:

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541890 and has a size standard of $16.5 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
