The Government has a requirement for additional applications assistance for the Spectrum 9100-Series Test System, a Teradyne test application (Victory Software), and some additional training sessions. A fixed price contract modification is anticipated. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this contract modification on a sole-source basis with Teradyne Inc., 600 Riverpark Dr., North Reading, MA. 01864-2634 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, âOnly one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.â Note 22 applies.
