THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS.  The 45th Contracting Squadron (45 CONS) has a sole source requirement to repair the PANalytical Epsilon 3-DY1559.  This is a Sole Source with PANalytical IAW FAR13.106(b)(1).  IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) PANalytical is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement which are authorized to repair any PANalytical equipment.  These specifications are a unique requirement to support the 45th Space Wing launch mission.  The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review.  No solicitation documents exist at this time.  This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811219.

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 14 days after date of publication of this synopsis.  45 CONS has determined that PANalytical is the only source capable of providing this requirement.  Phone calls will not be accepted.
