The 325 Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Spectra Logic Corporation for SpectraGuard Support with 24/7 Phone Support under the authority of FAR 13.106(b).

Spectra Logic Corporation has been identified as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the required Spectra Logic maintenance support services and no other authorized distributors are reasonably available to be considered for contract award. The supporting Single Source Justification is attached. The required SpectraGuard Support services are commercially available. Market research has revealed that there are no known potential alternate sources which could fulfill this requirement.

Pursuant to FAR 5.207(c)(16) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Written Submissions shall be received no later than 23 Sep 2020 at 1200 CDT.
